About Our Foundation
The mission of the Dean Brown Leadership Foundation (DBLF) is to further enhance Dean Brown’s leadership objectives for California Agriculture. This non-profit 501(c) (3) foundation will effectively and efficiently donate its funds to organizations like the California Agriculture Leadership Foundation and to our region’s leadership events.
California Agricultural Leadership
The California Agricultural Leadership program is designed to meet California agriculture’s need for a continuing supply of enlightened, results-oriented leaders who can successfully engage today’s challenges and tomorrow’s uncertainty. Since its inception, the program has graduated 46 classes and has over 1,300 alumni who are better equipped to help resolve contemporary business, industry, organizational, personal, and community challenges.

The Dean Brown Leadership Foundation is purely a privately funded entity and relies completely upon business foundations, organizations, and individuals for operations support.
Proceeds from the auction will be utilized to recognize and commemorate Dean Brown’s exemplary leadership for the progress of California’s agriculture.
